To support the development and implementation of the Organization’s On-boarding plan & tactics that is aligned to the business needs and company culture. Manage & execute the Annual Training calendar and learning objectives of KFG Academy by equipping trainees with knowledge, information & practical skills motivating them to carry out work-related tasks, enabling them to fulfill their potential keeping them engaged by delivering a world class on-boarding experience and aligning with all people processes (including Learning & Development, Talent management, & Bench planning).
Implement On-boarding plan & tactics in line with future business and manpower needs. Support the business to implement & execute new training systems and processes. Engage on a day to day basis with all stakeholders. Advise and coach new hired employees on KFG SOP’s & best practices influencing their commitment towards the KFG Vision & values by reinforcing their self-belief to develop into future leaders.
