Effectively presents the Company’s products & services to applicants and closing sales with regular follow-ups.
Generate QA’s (Qualified Applicants) as per laid down targets, convince them and convert into sales.
Generate revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions.
Maintain a conversion percentage of 80% for prospects to QA(Qualified Applicants) and 30% of QA to Client.
Conduct the required number of seminars & presentations as specified by the Branch Manager.
Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified.
Makes timely collections due/overdue of the new retainers and also for instalments.
Submit Daily/Weekly reports to the BM.
Developing, implementing and maintaining business plan for the branch along with Branch Manager Support and Guidance.
Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
Providing excellent service to customers.
