- Responsible for the daily operation in the store- Manage the store manpower planning and arrangement
- Monitoring the daily sales and managing sales teams to increase the sales turnover to meet the pre-determined sales target
- Create and maintain a shopping environment and deliver a shopping experience to customers in keeping with the brand strategy
- Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store
- Counseling coaching, training and motivating the sales staff
- Maintain good staff relation in order to generate a high level of morale and enthusiasm
- Have retail management or assistant management experience
- Have a solid understanding of wages, profit & loss figures, & roster budgets Have experience in all aspects of stock control
- Have the ability to work autonomously- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have leadership qualities- Provide ongoing support to the sales team
