- Manage Front desk operation includes, staff scheduling, training, inventory etc.
- Resolve all guest complains to ensure
customer satisfaction.
- Disseminate information and assistance to all staff.
- Lead Spa Employees relating to guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation and SPA profit maximization.
- Conduct staff evaluation.
- Assisting in administration duties such as payroll, forecasting, stock taking and orders.
- Maintain effective and efficient relations to all employee and all departments.
- Administer and maintain salon/Spa standard and procedure and training manual.
- Ensure Guest, team and personal health and safety is maintained at all times, and reporting any concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness, and sanitation inside Salon
- Assist with marketing and publicity opportunities
- Ensure all certificates/licenses/equipment are current and maintained.
