Supervision on progress and quality of executed work on the site to determine on work proceedings as per CBK specifications.
Update the Department Head on work in progress /oversee the actual work in progress to monitor, overcome any delay and meet completion target date.
Coordinates on the maintenance requests received from branches/premises and follow up on corrective action required.
Co-ordinates on plant contract /landscape works at premises/branches.
