The Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for managing all day-to-day customer inquiries, order processing marketing & social media activities. The right candidate will work closely with our Management & Sales team to coordinate all marketing and customer service within the organization.The role will also assist in Trade Sales & Marketing assignments including light website management, presentations, and database organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating a positive image for a brand, a company and its products.
- Ad-hoc Marketing Support (website edits, e-commerce, graphic design, email marketing)
- Manage Social Media Account, Marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Monitor, listen and respond to the Customers complains & inquiries.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Assist marketing with lead generation, email campaigns and direct mail campaign
- Create and maintain a library of PowerPoint presentations.
- Compile report for management showing results
- Processing Special order.
- Manage the Sponsorship process with athletes.
- Prepare reports for weekly meetings with sales team.
- Handles customer complaints about unfulfilled or damaged orders.
- Processes Claims and tracks them
- Maintain customer/prospect database in contact management software
- Perform other sales related duties as directed or assigned
