Handling the main category for multiple geographies you will be the category custodian, right from launching new products to defining a sustainable growth plan till ensuring that the category wins back profits for the company. You would lead the brand development and brand building activity for the GCC region, you need to ensure the development of the right strategy mix for the different markets / executional excellence and the ability to work across diverse markets and in a matrix structure. You would identify the key growth drivers / opportunities / formulate a 3-5 year glide path for the region. Your strategy should be based on consumer insights/ competitive analysis and market analysis and an indepth understanding of the emerging trends in the different markets. By creating direction, driving alignment with Global best practice you would set the tone for the brand development that will drive volume and value.
