- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns ( Google search, Google display, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, snapchat, twitter ….. )
- Develop and implement systems to monitor competitive market position in relation to own product lines, including pricing, product features and sales strategy
- Analyze sales results and provide recommendations
- Conducting & developing market research for new and existing businesses.
- Evaluation and analysis of existing market research and data
- Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data.
- Maintains market intelligence database (catalogs, key codes, and customer/prospect files).
- Prepares and produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database, including charts and graphs, and presents recommendations for action plans to management.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Driving and increasing traffic to the company’s websites
- Build brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Promoting content and lead generation campaigns across our digital presence
- Recommending and implementing changes to improve the visitor experience
- Ensuring brand consistency and positive brand image.
- Create, edit and publish content on our website, international sites, and partner sites
- Produce and/or coordinate a variety of web project deliverables which may include web site enhancements, redesigns, new technology implementation, forms, videos, multimedia, etc.
- Create digital lead generation campaigns which may include landing pages and online advertising
- Collaborate and partner with digital marketing, public relations, marketing communications, vertical marketing and sales to digitally promote instant issuance content, product launches and lead generation activities to optimize brand presence and demand aligned with our sales objectives
- Manage a digital content calendar for instant issuance promotions, campaigns, launches, online advertising, etc.
- Track, analyze and report the performance and metrics of digital campaigns, promotions, advertising to marketing communications, sales and others
- Participate with digital marketing and marketing communications on integrating new tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce.com, new partner portals, etc. Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement, Key Actions/Activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve web issues such as broken links, page layouts, cross-linking, and visual design.
- Optimize digital marketing activities utilizing web analytics
- Implement improvements and best practices to site content, increase online traffic, lead conversions
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Understand online analytics to inform online content.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
