- Welcoming and greeting each customer on receiving the call / customer in person.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to increase market share.
-Inform and educate prospective clients on the different services and swimming levels that we provide.
-Expand the customer base by making cold calls to potential clients and various institutions like school, nurseries etc.
- Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management.
- Act as a link between the client - service center - management.
- Maintain records of all service center activity as well as calls flow to assist in strategic business development.
- Being aware of all company products and services, promotions etc as some clients wish to enquire on these matters.
- Being constantly aware of customers and their needs.
- Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all of our services.
- Always thanking the customer for visiting.
