Soucolat Chocolatiers is currently seeking a motivated and outgoing chocolate sales associate for our sales team to work in retail at
the our Salhiya Branch, and represent our business at various events. We are looking for a team player who wants to help us achieve our goal of being one of the top chocolatiers in Kuwait.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Providing an extraordinary level of customer service and become a chocolate expert
- Models a customer comes first attitude, genuinely greet and welcome customers to the store with enthusiasm
- Understand product line and selling/ serving our premium chocolate to customers.
- Maintain the stock and make sure that our shops reflect our brand image at all times, by rearranging the merchandising.
- Set up tray arrangements with chocolates for customers’ events.
- Gift-wrap and packaging as needed items for sale per our Guidelines and Standards
- Assist Co-workers, Supervisor, and Management in providing superior Guest Service
- Proper food handling, storage and expiration of products.
- Maintain the order & cleanliness of the store.
- Opening & closing duties
