An opportunity for a strategic marketer with exposure across a diverse range of industries. Our client is a leading conglomerate in Kuwait with business interests across Automotive, FMCG, IT, Medical, Engineering, Investments, Manufacturing and Advertising; leading across the board.
The Role
The CMO will plan, direct and lead an effective Marketing function at the group level. Ensure to provide the organisation with the needed marketing thrust and market competitive advantages in order to support corporate strategic and growth plans and offer state of the art Marketing solutions aligned with the business needs. You will will lead a team of marketers divided into a number of teams (digital marketing, market research, PR, event management etc.) and a call center operation. The position reports to the COO of the Group and is responsible for all marketing activities across all industries that the Group is operating in (automotive, medical, IT and others). You will hold full P&L accountability across the group and will have hands on exposure spread across the marketing mix
Salary plus family medical, company car, housing allowance, business class travel, Annual bonus
