Position Scope:
To carry out all sales forecasting and inventory replenishment activities to ensure sufficient supplies of all products and materials that support sales requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
Demand and Supply Planning
- Working closely with sales team to arrange sales forecast and products requirement plans.
- Defining the finished goods supply needs for warehouses, based on sales forecasts, qualitative information given by the sales team, orders’ portfolio, inventory levels, inventory policy, and delivery lead-time
- Arranging with procurement team to Ensure products availability to meet forecasted demand.
- Work with sales team in order to adapt requirements to the market needs and drives the weekly “supply/demand” meetings.
- Managing the products launching and phasing out with the relevant departments.
- Following up the replenishment process for all inventory items.
- Monitoring and reporting demand patterns on weekly bases.
- Monitoring and reporting supply performance on weekly bases.
- Informing sales about any delays in planned orders.
