- Tracking competitor activities and providing inputs for the selling strategies and tactics.
- Leading by example, demonstrating a high level of leadership skills to encouraging sales team members to bring their best every day.
- Leading & monitoring the performance of sales team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets and objectives.
- Scheduling team assignments and delegations to achieve the pre-set goals within time, quality, and development plan objectives.
- Achieving sales targets on monthly basis.
- Handling the daily activities of the Sales Team and ensuring their targets to be achieved.
- Develop and maintain good personal and phone communications with medical customers, and other relevant professional medical Societies.
- Personally manage key customers.
- Liaise and follow up medical sales and marketing communications as necessary.
- Will be reporting to the Country Manager.
