I. Major Functions:
- Assist in Project management of different
projects
- Assist on other project specific know-how with in Dairy
- Supports project department technicians.
- Assists the planning and implementation of
project
- Assists project tasks and resource
requirements
- Assists to develop and maintain full scale
project plans and time lines
- Assists to assemble and coordinate project staff
- Assists in preparing project budget
- Assists project resource allocation
- Provides support to project team.
- Quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on progress of the project Assist in preparing reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Assisting to Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
- Project evaluations and assessment of
results.
- Assists in planning for contingency actions/solutions for any possible mishap.
- Studies & proposes better system.
- Works towards highest machine or production optimization.
- Assist to develop document (e.g. proposals, requirements & specifications, manuals, etc.), and verify that the project meet specifications.
- Assist to writes reports, business correspondence, and proposals.
- Assist to present information and respond to questions from other department and Management.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, discuss and negotiate with all levels of technical & professional staff.
