The Company:
Our client is a market leader, involved in the operation of international and locally inspired restaurants in Kuwait. They seek a Local Store Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Manager and monitor Operations, Finance, SCM, Restaurant Managers, Area Coaches and Audit.
The Role:
- Grow the sales and profitability of the non/ profit restaurants by developing BTL activity and offers.
- Provide Assistance in the training program for LRM team & DM/RMs
- Highlight Brand strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threats & Challenges.
- To think innovatively and present creative solutions / marketing strategies.
- To hold a thorough understanding of branding and brand identity.
- To possess an understanding of international trends but also highly accustomed to local and regional culture.
- To craft marketing plans, launch plans and annual operating plans.
- To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
- To develop weekly and monthly sales brand analysis.
- To exhibit technical marketing skills and company product knowledge
Salary: 18,000 AED
