- Handle all payroll related activities
- Assists in the souring, recruitment and hiring of staff,
locally and oversea
- Prepare employees daily personal transactions such as:
penalty, sick leave, promotions, transfers, termination, salary certificates
and calculation of indemnity
- Assists in the recruitment, interview and selection procedures
in hiring new employees
- Provides administrative support in the preparation of
correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee
issues
- Check monthly attendance, absence and annual leave in process
of preparing the pay roll
- Responsible for overseas blue collar the recruitment
- Updating personal files of employees
- Any other duties assigned by management
