The Role:
•To be accountable for Organizational Development
•To be accountable for all aspects of Resourcing and Retention: manpower planning, recruitment and staff turnover
•To be responsible for ensuring a clear understanding and smooth delivery of the Compensation and Reward process
•To work closely with Training and Development and champion development activities at all level within the division
•To be accountable for the Succession Planning Process
•To be accountable for the People Management Processes
The Requirements:
•Good understanding of HR Best Practice
•Working knowledge of the Alshaya Competency Framework
•Experience in coaching senior team members
•Proven ability to build relationships with peers, corporate partners and the business community to positively contribute to business strategies
•Strong ability to challenge
