Job purpose: To be a brand ambassador in all interactions with our delivery customers. To deliver safe and quality product to our customers in line with Wendy’s brand standards within set timelines - with excellent service and hospitality
Key accountabilities:
1. Customer Orientation: Serves every customer with a smile and strives to “ Delight every customer”. Can handle customer feedback and inquiries
2. QSC and product knowledge: completes assigned training; food safety/ product knowledge/ customer service/ order bagging etc. Able to describe menu items
3. Trading Area: able to assist with trading area mapping
4. Teamwork oriented: works and supports crew in restaurant with order preparation and secondary duties as assigned
5. Communication: is aware of competitor promotions and any changes in trading area. Communicates with Restaurant/Delivery supervisor and call centre. Informs customer and restaurant of any undue delays
6. Cash and Asset handling: follows all cash and credit card handling procedures/ looks after bike cleanliness and maintenance as required. Reports on delivery business as needed - Sales/ service time and ATV on shift
