- Recruitment across the entire business- Compensation and Benefits- HR policies and procedures- Succession planning- HR Budgeting
Profile
- Degree from a recognised university in Human Resources or a related field.- 10+ years experience within a HR function, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.- As the role is an urgent need within the company, candidates who are available immediately will be given preference; as will those who are currently based in Kuwait.- Both English and Arabic language skills are required.
