• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying for the department.
• Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondences.
• Perform data entry and scan documents.
• Manage the calendar and support the administrative requirements of the department.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
• Run company’s errands through the company drivers/messengers.
• Maintaining an accurate track of the office supplies and requirements.
