To provide support in ensuring Projects are delivered on time or ahead of time within the approved Budget and world class quality.
• Project Locations visitation 20% of the week
• Updation at least thrice a week to Senior Project Manager / Head of Property Projects
• On track Projects as per Business Plan
• KPI achievement
• Kout Food values and Culture promotion
• Coordination with Projects Team
• Strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to team reviews and planning
Commit that I develop my knowledge and skills
Ensure that I have at least 2 formal reviews per year
Welcome feedback, both positive and area of development
Ensure that I attend formal training sessions and participate with Kout seminars, workshops and activities if required.
Monitor and review internal and external customer comments and take corrective action where required.
Visit a competitor for new and renovated stores.
Speak to customers when I visit restaurants and feedback comments and ideas for improvement.
Verify quotations and offers if it corresponds to Fair Market Value.
Ensure that Project Costs are within the approved budget.
