I manage internal and external relationships contributing to successful compliance with the expansion plans of each brand.

Establish presence in each market of operation and build relationships with key landowners and developers.
High level of knowledge of brand location and operational requirements.
Review the renovation schedule against lease terms to ensure efficiency of budget allocations.
Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and correct payment of occupancy charges.
