1.Practical knowledge in the design and execution of well programs for vertical, directional, horizontal, re-entry wells, both development and exploration and high pressure/ high temperature wells.
2.Rig selection understanding and calculation.
3.Well design and casing design Schemes.
4.Practical knowledge and application for Casing Seat selection and casing design methodology with the use of applied software (Stress Check)
5.Practical Knowledge for drill string and BHA designs for vertical, directional and horizontal wells.
6.Good knowledge of drilling fluids for various types of Water and Oil based muds, completion fluids, solid control equipment and drilling cutting disposal.
7.Well Control Certified by well control school like IWCF etc.
8.Familiar with Operations Drilling Technology: all types of drilling bits, conventional and navigational tools for directional wells, UBD, MPD, real time MWD and LWD tools,
9.Good knowledge of best drilling practices
10.Highly committed to HSE in drilling operations
