Accountable for:
- Implement and manage Systems solutions / projects across the corporate locally & provides assistance where needed at a global level
- Daily Administration engagements (Windows, Microsoft Exchange, IP Telephony, Malware protection Windows server administration, Virtual Environment.
- Developing operating and Systems configuration manuals for all IT Server Subsystems
- Ensuring strict adherence & prompt closure to Systems Audit findings
- Ensuring proper Network Change control process are followed
- Ensuring IT services continuity and efficient service support locally.

Key Roles:
- Select, implement and manage IT System server solutions / project s across the Group - locally & regionally
- Maintaining documentation. operating manuals for all systems
- Maintain and update Microsoft Administration standards to ensure most efficient and reliable environmental aspects of a operating system including integrity, security, availability and performance on a local basis.
- Provide focus on sustaining and monitoring of key administrative services on Microsoft Platforms.
- Contributing to the implementation of projects and initiatives related to Microsoft Platform administration in line with the industry best practices requirements.
- Identify best practice solutions (HW / SW) to automate / enhance systems administration procedures, and to resolve audit findings
- Update operating manuals for all IT systems periodically
- Provide 2nd line of technical support and expertise to different group entities for all IT systems and solutions
- Adherence and compliance to all IT Project engagements and work actively to close all related audit findings
- Development of standard scripts to automate daily/periodic administration or diagnostics procedures
- Identify reporting tools and using standard management systems (i.e. HP Systems Insight, VMware Platform, compliance systems etc.) to proactively identify system administration gaps and issues.
