1. A/C & R Fitter shall carry out maintenance and overhauling of different type of Air- conditioning machines like chillers, cooling tower, package units, mini split units, cold store equipment, air-handling units and fan coil units specified in the contract and works required by the site representative.
2. Liaise with Foreman for execution of works and assure that the job is carried out as per specifications and regulations.
3. Capable of understanding job requirement, carry out effective action in a professional manner and assure safety of the equipment and good performance.
HVAC Control Technicians
1. Operator shall carry out preparation for starting different Refrigeration Machine including large capacity centrifugal chillers, starting of the chillers, maintain the chillers and other utility equipment including cooling tower in good working order with peak performance. Shall also carryout operation of different type of Air-handling units package units and split units.
2. Carryout the normal operation of Carrier 19 X L chillers, pumps and cooling Tower, in the plant room premises.
3. Carry out normal operation of different Reciprocating chillers installed in hospital.
4. Carryout normal operation of Air handling units, package units, mini split units and other Fan coil units.
5. Prepare the chillers pumps and cooling Tower for starting as and when required.
6. Be aware of all parameters in operating Modern centrifugal chillers and maintain peak performance and safety of the equipment.
7. Maintain record on hourly basis.
