1.To conduct market research in the designated area and develop recommendations to management vis-à-vis trends, direction, etc. that will benefit the strategy and business growth of the company.
2. Delivering clear and actionable Customer, Market and Competition Insight to the Marketing Director, Function Heads, Country Managers and Board
3. Developing the Insight tools available to management with internal stakeholders and agencies
4. Staying up to date with customer trends globally, regionally and within country
5. Directing and Managing agencies to deliver as per the brief on time and within budget
6. Directing, Managing and Developing the Insight teams in each country
7. Delivering Insight through a combination of written reports and verbal presentations, often to Board members
8. Researching and developing new business ideas/opportunities that impact strategies and serve organization direction
9. Delivering the following Insight outputs on time and to a high standard:
* Annual Brand Review
* Annual Image Survey
* Annual Brand Scorecard
* Quarterly Customer Satisfaction * Monthly Mystery Shopper * Monthly Customer Spotlight * Monthly Customer Complaints and Social Media reads * Monthly Market Share * Monthly Category Reviews * Monthly Market Value Insights * Daily Competition Activity
