1. To proactively direct and manage all TSC PR activity, working with the online, offline and social media to maximise customer and stakeholder sentiment and positive coverage for all TSC openings, events and activities including internal.
2. Developing and Implementing a monthly PR Plan covering all newsworthy activities in TSC, contributing to the improvement in TSC brand perception and reputation.
3. Working with the media to maximise coverage, ensuring delivered articles are presented as news, not advertisements
4. Driving Earned Media through free PR articles
5. Being the face of TSC in the media, and being seen as the natural Go To person for all PR related activity in the company.
6. Staying up to date with political, economic and social issues impacting customers and the wider business community in Kuwait, and positioning TSC neutrally (politically) and relevantly within this context.
7. Sharing and Implementing Best practice with other countries.
8. Working with the GMD, Head of Retail and Restaurants, Marketing Director, HR Director, Commercial Directors to ensure no activity is missed, and content is delivered on brief
