1.To develop andimplement the Brand and Customer Communications Strategy across the Group forTSC Retail and Restaurants, leading a step change in Offline and Digital Communications
2. Building and Developing the right capabilities, team andprocess to modernize and develop all online and offline customercommunications.
3. Developing a Brand Strategy and Identity for TSC which makesit a loved and trusted brand, welcomed by local communities wherever ittrades
4. Developing a center of excellence in the KuwaitMarketing team, and drawing on the skills and initiatives of other TSCcountries, to develop best practice and ways of working on Brand andCommunications across the group.
5. Working effectively with your peers in theMarketing department and other senior company stakeholders in developing andimplementing strategy
6. Using Insight to develop customer centricstrategies and processes to deliver them
7. Being seen as the number 2 to the Marketing Director with clearpotential to step into the Group MD role in time.
