1. Directing and managing all elements of the Online Shopping Channel, launch and ongoing 2. Developing and implementing a step change in Digital and Social Media communications in TSC, where all brands have a popular web site and social media channels. 3. Introduce and embed digital marketing campaigns to the Trade Plans of our Retail and Restaurant businesses. 4. Creat and implement an Ap development programme to support the communication of the TSC Trade Plans, Events and new initiatives. 5. Lead and manage the relationship, conversation style and improvement in query response time with customers on Social Media 6. Develop Digital and eCommerce best practice for all TSC countries. 7. Build and develop a Digital marketing team which is at the leading edge of online marketing practice and technology, recognised in the industry as being first to try new campaigns and 8. Manage all development and activity within the marketing budget.
