To lead and manage all the business coordination, system related projects and MIS reporting for the
Kuwait Operations as well as the Group in order to ensure smooth, timely and error-free deliverables, in accordance with set targets, timelines and
objectives.
People Management
· Organize and supervise
the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within Group Business Coordination & MIS is carried out in an efficient manner which is
consistent with operating procedures and policy.
· Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
Group Business Coordination & MIS
1. Oversee and follow-up the status log of regional strategic initiatives of al the banking subsidiaries and generate a weekly status report
2. Ensure that the coordination activities are conducted according to policies, procedures and SLAs in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ensure smooth coordination and relationship building between any relevant parties/functions in
order to resolve arising issues, acquire necessary approvals and maximize on efficiency.
4. Constantly monitor and report on defects/breaches, in order for identify and propose actions for their timely solution and avoidance.
5. Continuously work towards improving processing cycle time and service levels for all types of activities to ensure sustainable efficiency in implementation and processing.
6. Assist with the planning, organization and execution of activities such as seminars, webinars, video conferences and regional meetings
7. Establish a solid interpersonal relationship and regular communications with the various business
Units
8. Ensure projects within the Group function are being delivered and reported in compliance with the correct governance procedures
9. Support and continuously improve the MIS technology & tools
10. Maintain, improve and update Operations sub-Groups share point based on the input from content owners
11. Provide consultative and advisory services to our subsidiaries around building and maintenance of similar MIS technologies and tools.
12. Support and automate reporting, metrics collection and analytics based on data maintained in MIS technologies & tools in support to the Operations processes and functions
13. Assist in the of tracking expenses, Audit reports, compliances reports, KRIs and submit a regular reports/escalation to the Head of Operations
14. Follow up all projects pertinent to Operations, communicate with all stakeholders for feedbacks and escalate whenever required.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, related to the Group Business
Coordination & MIS function, recommend improvements and implement instructions and controls covering specific areas of activity to ensure that all relevant internal and external procedural/legislative/ regulatory requirements
are fulfilled.

Authority & Decision Making:
Key decisions having significant impact on the Group Business Coordination & MIS function are
referred to the Group GM Operations for approval before implementation.
The jobholder exercises financial and operational authority as per the level established by Client
management and stipulated in the authority matrix.
