To lead and manage the processing of Remittance, Clearing and Salaries (payroll & standing orders
for different types of customers), in order to ensure smooth and error-free processing, adherence to all regulatory instructions and requirements, and guarantee high efficiency and service quality for the respective areas of
operation.
People Management
· Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within Central Processing is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
· Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
Central Processing Management
1. Oversee the processing of Remittances, Clearing and Salaries and ensure that the processing activities are conducted according to policies, procedures and SLAs in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Oversee and constantly monitor the number of defect/breaches, in order to identify and propose actions for their timely solution and avoidance.
3. Interact with different banking functions to resolve arising issues and acquire approvals as necessary in order to avoid bottlenecks.
4. Continuously working towards improving processing cycle time and service levels for all types of activities to ensure sustainable efficiency in implementation and service delivery.
5. Ensure that adequate controls are in place and are implemented through a consistent and streamlined maker-checker structure, in order to achieve error-free processing and high turnaround delivery of service.
6. Ensure archiving of all documents as per the policies and guidelines for sustainable operational
efficiency.
7. Ensure smooth coordination and relationship building between any relevant parties/functions
(e.g. Branches & Trade Finance) in order to maximize on efficiency, synergies and service quality.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, related to the Central Processing
function, recommend improvements and implement instructions and controls covering specific areas of activity to ensure that all relevant internal and external procedural/legislative/ regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

Executive Manager Central Operations for approval before implementation.
