We are a Dietary Food Company specialized in distributing Organic, dietary and healthy packaged food products to Major Super Markets and CO-Ops across Kuwait. We are Looking For an Experienced Operations Manager in the food distribution field Responsible for:
-Asses needs, supervise, Monitor and organize the Distribution Network with Regards to Vehicles, Merchandisers, Sales Person and Drivers....etc. across all supermarkets and distribution points.
-Determine all needs and requirements for distribution.
-Responsible of all Merchandisers/sales person and drivers movements.
-Provide daily distribution plans and organize all movements of vehicles i.e. where the distribution must be for each day and for each supermarket.
-Solve any problems with supermarkets and with subordinates (employees) if required.
-Create Project Plans and provide forecast to increase sales and widen distribution network across Kuwait and beyond (More sales points).
-Good connections and relationship with supermarkets/hypermarkets.
