This role will be reporting to the Board of Directors of the company. It will mainly focus on developing and implementing the Company strategy in agreement with the shareholders and capitalize on the company's regional strong presence and strong brand equity in Kuwait.
The General Manager's role is to ensure continuing the successful development of the company in all domains of freight forwarding and logistics.
He/She is responsible to capitalize on the company's strong market share in Sea Freight and build the Air Freight Operations in addition to Business Development management in the Freight Forwarding industry and to enhancing the service quality across all domains of the company.
The General Manager assess the existing business domains and explores the potentials of growing in new domains such as Warehousing, Distribution, and Transport as well as International Freight Forwarding movements via Air and 3PL.
