1. Oversee all financial and accounting activities of the Company including preparation of financial reports and reports to parent entity, regulatory bodies and management.
2. To prepare summaries and forecasts for future business growth and development including business plan.
3. Responsible for execution of corporate planning strategies and reporting activities of assigned functional areas.

Financial responsibilities
1. Preparation of financial statements, reports and all statutory or regulatory
reports.
2. Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of financial reporting of the Company.
3. Coordinating with the various departments of the parent company in providing accurate and timely information.
4. Communicate with project manager, vendors and external parties to manage business/project
requirements.
5. Responsible for contracts accounts receivable tracking, management and reporting including support to Project manager on billing verification and collection
matters.
6. Process accounts payable from invoicing to payment, coding invoices for appropriate contract and job order and forwarding to Project Managers for their approval.
7. Responsible for contract project analysis reporting and assist in special projects
8. Responsible in executing corporate finance objectives consistent with Company’s strategic
goals.
9. Responsible for setting up corporate finance guidelines as well as Company’s financial strategy including periodic business plans.
10. Oversee the finance department functions including risk management, treasury, budget, audit and compliance.
11. Advise and assist senior management in preparation of business plan, budgets and monitor actual expenditures vis-à-vis budget estimates as an on-going process. Preparation of weekly cash flow deposits and forecasts.
12. Provide comptrollership functions in order to ensure that finances are managed according to the policies and procedures of the Company and generally accepted accounting principles.
13. Develop and implement an effective system of accounting and payroll system, which includes maintaining of chart of accounts and ensuring that daily accounting records are passed in the system as per the generally accepted accounting principles and in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
14. Provide directives to Accounts team in day to day operations.
15. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
16. Develop and amend continuously the accounting and financial policies for financial
reporting.
17. Ensure that the Company’s accounting practices are in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and uniform accounting policies are adopted in line with parent
entity.
18. Coordinate with statutory auditors and act as a primary liaison with auditors, financial consultants or any other financial regulatory authority.
19. Evaluate performance and provide training and development opportunities for Finance and Accounting staff.
20. Provide leadership by delegating tasks, responding to staff inquiries and providing overall direction to employees.
21. Manage the payroll system in order to ensure that all staff is paid on timely and accurate basis.
