• Develop a staff performance evaluation tool to evaluate staff within 3 month. Then set objectives for staff to improve their skills.
• Develop and maintain Company Standards in regards to the Brand Image + Name, Food specification + Serving quantities, cleaning
• Develop and maintain Customer Service by training and monitoring staff performance on Meet and Greet, Respond to customer complaints, Handling tough customers
• Increase Sales By 10% every quarter by increasing speed of service and implementing suggestive selling techniques (upselling/cross-selling) to staff.
• Maintain Product Quality by maintaining overall customer complaints by five complaints a month.
• Maintain Monthly Actual Cost of Food to be less than 0.5% variance from the theoretical value.
