Reporting to the Head of Planning and Procurement, the Senior Planning Engineer would be responsible for the following:
• Develop and maintain the company Master Planning Database for the Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about multiple projects on a regular basis
• Interface with different departments to coordinate and prioritize production and shipment schedules for jobs to support customer service efforts
• Identify problems, establish facts and drive corrective actions to achieve uniform loading on production lines as well as achieve production and shipment targets
• Raise timely orders for job specific items as per the Master Planning Database
• Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical/future usage, and forecast demand for the Raw Materials
• Work closely with purchasing organization to assure on time delivery of Raw Materials, Accessories, and Job Specific items to the Manufacturing
• Generate reports for the management as and when required
