**** The Retail Head Marketing Manager will hold the responsibility of developing, planning, supporting, communicating, and implementing all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communication channels, and public relations activities, both external and internal. He/She will also be responsible to strategically grow the brands presence in the market, create/sustain brand identity, increase new customer base, maintain/improve loyal customer visits, identify target audience, and effectively communicate company message to customers.
** Directing design, production, and distribution of all marketing materials and communications channels.
** Creating and sustaining various communication channels with customers.
** Identifying target customers and brand demographics
** Analyzing competitors, brand position, and market conditions.
** Creating and sustaining marketing calendar and budgeting, as well as competitor marketing analysis.
** Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging, coordinating new product development, etc.
** Regularly collaborating with GM and VM Manager for brand themes, pricing, etc.
** Acting as the Organization’s representative with media.
** Leading projects as assigned, such as store-openings, special events, new developments, etc.
** Recruit, train, supervise, support, develop, and guide marketing team members.
** Preparing online and print marketing campaigns/materials .
** Monitor marketing activities and create reports.
** Preparing brand SWOT analysis.
** Improving brand awareness and increasing customer base.
