Growth & Operations Lead at Wellness Start-up About Qawam Qawam is a growing center focused on movement, nervous system care, and long-term client transformation. We are looking for someone who can help us improve and scale the next stage of the business — someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, improving client experience, strengthening marketing efforts, and helping a growing company operate at a higher level. This is not a traditional corporate management role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and hungry to grow alongside the company. The Role As a Growth & Operations Lead, you will oversee and improve both the growth and operational side of Qawam. Your role will include improving marketing execution, client experience, operational systems, reporting, team accountability, and helping the company grow in a more organized and efficient way. You will help identify gaps, improve systems, organize workflows, follow up on execution, and ensure projects and initiatives move forward properly.
