Summary: We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to assist with various tasks on Rig Preparation sites. The role involves supporting skilled workers, handling materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring safety procedures are followed and performing general manual labour to ensure the rig is safely and efficiently prepared for operations. No prior technical skills are required, but physical stamina and willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities: • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment on- site. • Support welders, mechanics, riggers, and other trades as required. • Perform general cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment. • Operate hand and power tools under supervision. • Assist in erecting scaffolding, platforms, and barriers. • Follow site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. • Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately to supervisors. • Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks. Qualifications: • Previous experience on industrial or oilfield sites is an asset. • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work. • Comfortable working outdoor and sometimes harsh weather conditions. • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions. Working Conditions: • Outdoor and indoor construction site work. • May require long hours, overtime, or weekend shifts. • Physically demanding environment with lifting, bending, and standing.
