We are looking for a talented and detail- oriented Embroidery Designer to join our fashion and textile team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for embroidery design, both traditional and modern, and the ability to create high- quality embroidered artwork suitable for abayas, dresses, and luxury garments. Location: Kuwait Job Type: Full- time Key Responsibilities: Create original embroidery concepts for fashion garments including abayas, kaftans, scarves, and accessories. Develop design sketches and convert them into embroidery- ready files using software (e.g., Wilcom, Tajima DG, or equivalent). Collaborate with the tailoring and production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently. Select appropriate threads, embellishments, and stitching techniques to enhance fabric and garment designs. Stay updated on embroidery trends, fabric innovations, and seasonal design directions. Oversee sampling and provide technical support during embroidery production. Conduct final quality checks on embroidery finishes before garments go into full production. Requirements: Must be currently living in Kuwait. Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery or textile design. Proficient in embroidery software such as Wilcom or Tajima. Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types. Excellent drawing skills and creative sense of color, layout, and texture. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Background in fashion or textile design. Experience working with traditional Gulf or Middle Eastern embroidery styles. Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a plus.
