The Assistant Chef plays a vital role in supporting the head chef in the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation meets the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients by chopping and measuring according to recipes.
- Following our recipes to properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Participate in recipe development, providing input on new recipe ideas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.
- Assist in managing kitchen schedules and staff assignments.
