We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our AC manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes are carried out efficiently, meet quality standards, and maintain safety regulations while leading and mentoring a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor daily production schedules and allocate resources accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to company quality and performance standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve optimal productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any skill gaps through training programs.
- Resolve employee conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
- Perform regular inspections of machinery, tools, and production output.
- Troubleshoot issues that affect quality or efficiency and implement corrective measures.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company protocols.
- Conduct routine safety checks and facilitate training on workplace safety procedures.
- Address and report safety hazards promptly.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to production workflows and methods.
- Monitor waste levels and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.
- Reporting:
- Maintain and update production logs, reports, and metrics regularly.
- Provide feedback to management on team performance, production issues, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Assurance) to resolve challenges.
