Reporting to: Chief Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all corporate legal processes, including intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, and general company and commercial contracts.
· Conduct research to anticipate and mitigate legal risks for the company.
· Provide guidance to managers and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
· Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents.
· Offer redlined recommendations on both standard and non standard contracts and negotiate directly with the relevant parties.
· Serve as the point of contact for contractual matters, acting as a liaison between company employees, counterparties, and clients to ensure timely review and approval/reconciliation of variations.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
· Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
