We need HR Managers to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. In this role you provide management and HR leadership and support for our entire team. You will

recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees as well as hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations, counsel employees, takes corrective actions (as required), and approves terminations. One of your roles will include ensuring that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develops and implements the program HR plans.
  • Develops Standard operating procedures for the HR aspects of the program and ensure that QIP follow them so there is operational consistency across the program.
  • Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the HR program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
  • Responsible for oversight of all HR among our team.
  • Reports HR issues to the Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
  • Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
  • Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
  • Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
  • Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner
  • Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
  • Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
  • Managing performance and providing feedback
  • S Manage and process all government HR-related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the Ministry of Human Resources to ensure the effective running of the company’s accounts. Salaries and benefits of employees and review of the salary budget.
