Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure online operation.
- Online advertising and content strategy.
- Budget and develop business operations to continuously improve ROI.
- Ensure the digital departments’ needs are met and provide training support.
- Define KPI’s and ensure consolidated feedback from all customer touchpoints.
- Define measurement plan and monitor all customer touch points to ensure an effective and consistent brand experience.
- Maintain an online strategy that is in line with the brand goals and is highly responsive to market feedback.
- Create and grow online revenue channels through privately owned and 3rd party digital properties.
Job Description:
- Maintain e-Commerce customer data, which include product portfolio, EAN code, price structure etc..
- Collection & order follow-up with customers.
- Monitor available & back order stock and ensure its meets forecast sales.
- Following up and resolving the following related to online portal (kwt.nazih.com)
- Updating the online portfolio content, stock and prices
- Processing online customer orders and returns
- Online competition price monitoring
- Handle & solve customer Complaints
- Minimize Late deliveries
- Replenishing online reserved stock based on sales performance
- Additional: Editing or creating content when necessary
- Maintain consolidated feedback from all customer touchpoints Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications of the company and country policy.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Any other duties provided by County Manager.
