- Responsible for the execution of all projects, and it follows up on workshop and project sites.
- Site visit and supervision for the ongoing projects.
- Preparation of designs and drawings
- Site and quantity surveys
- Preparation of work schedule and execution plan
- Dealing with the new customers and following up on their requirements.
- Prepare and submit new project proposal and follow up
- Prepare the quotations, letters, reports, submittals, and draft contracts for internal and external purposes
- Control data base for the customer, suppliers, and contractors
- All other jobs assigned by the direct manager or the department manager
- مسؤول عن تنفيذ كافة المشاريع ومتابعة الورش ومواقع المشاريع
- زيارة المواقع والإشراف على المشاريع الجاري تنفيذها
- إعداد المخططات التصاميم
- معاينة المواقع وحصر الكميات
- إعداد الجدول الزمني وخطة التنفيذ للمشاريع
- التعامل مع العملاء الجدد ومتابعة متطلباتهم
- إعداد وتقديم مقترح مشروع جديد ومتابعته
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والتقارير والتقديمات ومسودات العقود للأغراض الداخلية والخارجية
- جميع الوظائف الأخرى التي يكلف بها من قبل الرئيس المباشر أو مدير القسم
