- Interact with existing/new customers in processing, tracking and facilitates customer quotation and order requests
- Follows up on outstanding quotations to secure orders
- Examining tender documents, the scope of work.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork.
- Maintains a list of upcoming bids.
- Monitoring deadlines
- To coordinate, prepare, and assemble bid submission materials
- To ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions
- To ensure that tender submissions comply with the customer’s tender requirements.
