· Ensures every customer's expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
· Contributes to the achievement of customer retention and service excellence through excellent customer handling and delivery skills
· Record all phone calls, test drives, customer information and additional information onto the in system
· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, attending trade shows and conferences
· Works alongside the Marketing team when necessary for events or launches
· Provides customers with price awareness and methods of payments if required.
· Achieves sales objectives and contributes to the profitability of the business
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int'l standards, and manufacturer directions/guidelines.
- · Performs any other duty assigned by the Brand Manager
