A well reputed F&B company is looking for “COST CONTROLLER”
- Calculating the recipes cost.
- Update and maintain recipes into the systems.
- Spot check on recipes, inventory, and stores
- Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.
- Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and goods are checked for quality.
- post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, returns and orders efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- verify and track all material against invoices, purchase orders, bills or other records.
- Advise management of cycle count issues on a timely basis
