1. Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
2. Oversee the financial operations of the company and guide the finance team under the leadership of the Deputy CFO.
3. Supporting Deputy CFO in financial decision making with appropriate analysis and data.
4. Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
5. Group Banking and Treasury Operation including relationship management with banks, coordination for new facility and preparation of projections and the information for banks including monitoring the covenants
6. Group cash-flow forecasting and cash management including cash flow projections preparation and to ensure optimum use of funds.
7. Supervise the release of payments as per the Finance Department purchase and credit policies.
8. Corporate finance including valuation, due diligence, etc.
9. Budget preparation and Budgetary Control for the Group Companies
10. Financial reporting and analysis. Preparation of financial reports/ other MIS reports for the Group on monthly basis including detailed analysis of full financials including PL, cashflow, etc.
11. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
12. Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Risk management and Compliance with statutory law and financial regulations for Group Companies
13. Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
14. Developing and monitoring internal controls including process and control in ERP environment
15. Supporting in improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business lines.
